How does earning cashback work?
Cashback is a percentage of your spending. For instance, if you shop at a grocery store where you get 1% cashback and you spend $100, the cashback you receive will be 1% of $100, which is $1.
This cashback can be found in your Rewards Wallet which you can redeem to your account or at the Neo store.
How do I transfer funds to my Neo Everyday account?
You can transfer funds to your Neo Everyday account in several ways. You can link an external account, send yourself an Interac e-Transfer®, or move money within Neo.
How do I link an external account to my Neo Everyday account?
You can link an external account by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Neo profile
2. Click the person icon to go to your Neo profile
3. Click on Account, select Linked accounts
4. Select the + Add account
5. Follow the steps to securely log in to your external account

Our cashback amounts are tied to your Everyday balance. For example, earn 2% on gas and groceries, with an additional 0.5% on all other spend when you have $3,000 in your Everyday account. Use the calculator above to see how your Everyday balance impacts your cashback rates.

Can I earn cashback on international purchases?
You can earn cashback on international purchases if you are subscribed to the Travel perks. You will earn cashback when you pay in a foreign currency using your card. However, you won't receive any cashback if you pay in Canadian Dollars or withdraw cash from an ATM abroad.
To subscribe to the travel perk,go to:
1. Log into your Neo account, either in-app or on the web
2. Click on Perks, then select your card
3. Select Travel
4. Click on Subscribe, then go to your email to confirm the subscription
